1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EXIUSS Intelligence at workspace.lexworld.solutions ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

EXIUSS is an AI-native operating system for sovereign builders. The Platform provides tools for content generation, business intelligence, social media publishing, knowledge management, and business operating systems. Features available to you depend on your subscription tier.

3. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at sign-up
• All fees are listed in USD and are non-refundable except where required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card information
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
• Trial periods, if offered, convert automatically to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends

4. Subscription Disclaimer

EXIUSS does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, or performance improvements from use of the Platform. All AI-generated content, frameworks, and recommendations are provided as tools to support your own decision-making — not as professional legal, financial, or business advice. Results vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and implementation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Generate, store, or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Platform to spam, phish, or engage in any deceptive practices
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its interface, and underlying technology are owned by EXIUSS and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content you create using the Platform belongs to you. You grant EXIUSS a limited licence to store and process your content solely to deliver the services you have subscribed to.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Platform connects to third-party services including Google, LinkedIn, and Meta. Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective terms of service of each third party. EXIUSS is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EXIUSS and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or content
• Interruption of service
• Failure of third-party integrations (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to EXIUSS in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

10. Account Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if continued access poses risk to the Platform or other users. Upon termination, your access to the Platform ceases and your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
